This card sparkles & has a mix of trendy black, pink & green. I cased a PIN from Mary Fish at StampinPretty.com because I had the same stamps.The Stampin'Up Birthday Whimsy cake and the Small Script sentiment are great here. I heat-embossed both. I used spellbinders petite scalloped circle for the black layer, and a white gel pen to dot the scallops.
I added sparkly ribbon to the silver hardware and some gemstones in the corners.
I made several similar cards during recuperation from a minor surgery this spring, so don't be surprised if you get one this year!
